1966
"I'm A Boy" hits its U.K. height at #2.

1968
Future Who manager Peter Rudge joins Track Records as an office boy.

1969
Part two of The Who's Concertgebouw show is broadcast on AVRO radio.

1977
Another single from Roger's solo album One Of The Boys, "Avenging Annie" backed with "The Prisoner," hits the U.S. charts. It peaks at #88 in Billboard, #87 in Cash Box.

1978
Roger's third film and his first without Ken Russell at the helm, The Legacy, premiers at the Warner West End 4 Cinema in London. Roger has a small role in the horror movie in which he is given an emergency tracheotomy.

1983
Dave Marsh's mammoth history of The Who Before I Get Old is published. The book concentrates on The Who's early career. Also on the 1st, T-Bone Burnett's LP Proof Through The Night hits the U.S. charts. Pete plays guitar on the songs "Fatally Beautiful," "The Sixties," "Hefner" and "Disney."

1984
Barry Gibb's solo album Now Voyager is released with backup vocals by Roger on the song "Fine Line."",

1985
The Wall Street Journal writes an article on Pete's position at Faber and Faber. Pete says he feels bitter that The Who continued to perform after the Cincinnati tragedy and that he no longer respects the "young snotty Herbert" who wrote "My Generation."

1991
Two Rooms: Celebrating the songs of Elton John & Bernie Taupin is released on video in the U.K. It features interviews with Roger and John and a little of Roger recording "Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting."
