The Odds & Sods mailing list is available in 2 formats: Realtime & Digest. Digests are sent out 1-2 times per day. Each day an average of about 50 messages are sent to the list. If you don't have a large mailbox, you might want to subscribe to the digests.
GROUP RULES:
We are a bunch of "friends" with a common interest. As such, we don't feel we need "rules". We may become angry at each other sometimes, we may have disagreements, and sometimes the topic may stray from The Who into uncharted areas. Because of this we have decided to allow the host of this list to decide when a discussion has gone "too far off-topic" and have agreed to move our discussions to a more appropriate forum at his request. We understand that we will forfeit our posting privileges if we continue posting on a topic after being properly warned.
If you are unsure how to behave on our list, we have some things to recommend to you:
1. Read our "netiquette". If you know better how to treat your online friends with respect, then feel free to do so.
2. Observe us for a few days. You will easily see what kind of behavior we appreciate. Though we are sometimes petty and often make fun of each other, our general tone is friendly. We've now got an archive going online, follow the link below and you can review our recent postings.
