You Are Now in the Exciting Psychedelic Realm of the Junction and It Moves...
FIVE MINUTES — It's almost time. The people are in place. The other two bands have played. "The Who" have arrived and will shortly be escorted to the stage. Of the fans who watched "The Who," some were disappointed and others delighted. It's a combination of talent, the right material and creating the right attitude in the audience. It's an interesting phenomenon and a rough business, this business of psychedelic rock.
ON STAGE — Encircled by a sea of humanity, "The Who" are on stage for their record breaking performance. The 7,200 persons present are a record for an indoor performance in the state. Kelker Junction is billed as the largest 3.2 night club in the country.
