The Who play the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, New York. For one of the first times, The Who's show is shown on closed-circuit monitors for the benefit of back-row patrons. In addition, two young American Who fans, Jeff Stein and Chris Johnston, are allowed to photograph the band from the wings
