Several weeks ago in this column, I mentioned that the British super rock group The Who would be playing the Montreal Forum on an evening early in May. I hate to say I told you so, but I was right. The Who will appear on May 7.

The concert was announced at 7 a.m. on radio stations CHOM and CKGM and by late yesterday afternoon most of the tickets had already been sold. A few tickets are still left if you get to the Forum box-office early enough. All tickets are $12.50.
