The Who legend Pete Townshend is auctioning guitars and memorabilia to help flood and drought victims in Africa.

Items, including a treasured 1957 Fender Stratocaster given to Townshend by Eric Clapton, will be offered from noon on Wednesday at www.auction.eelpie.com.
