1965 – The Who play The Maple Ballroom in Northampton
1967 – Pete and Keith enjoy a night on the town, taking in Cream at the Saville Theatre then heading over to The Speakeasy to catch The Toys
1970 – Keith buys his famous transparent drum kit
1970 – The Who play the Freedom Palace in Kansas City, Missouri. A heat wave causes power outages during the show.
1980 – The Who play the Reunion Arena in Dallas, Texas
1989 – The Who play the third of four shows in New Jersey at Giants Stadium
1995 – Ringo Starr’s All-Starr Band, featuring John Entwistle on bass, begins its U.S. tour in St. Louis. The rest of the band is Billy Preston, Randy Bachman, Mark Farner, Felix Cavaliere, Mark Riveria and Ringo’s son and future Who drummer Zak Starkey.
1996 – A remixed, remastered version of The Who’s Quadrophenia is released in the U.K. Pete and Roger had both made corrections to the mix and Pete expresses great satisfaction in the result. The re-release peaks at #47 in the British charts.
1999 – Spike Lee’s movie Summer Of Sam, about the “Son Of Sam” murders in 1977, is released in the U.S. One of the main characters is a punk rocker played by Adrian Brody who is obsessed with The Who and the film contains sequences edited to “Baba O’Riley” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again”.
1999 – Roger Daltrey continues his U.K. tour with the British Rock Symphony performing at Powderham Castle, Kenton, Exeter
1999 – The John Entwistle Band begins their third U.S. tour at The Compound in Deerfield, Ohio
2000 – American Movie Classics premiers “Hollywood Rocks the Movies: The Early Years” hosted by Roger.
2000 – Pete is interviewed in the New York Post, where he says he will not be putting Lifehouse on Broadway. He also says he avidly supports bootlegging. “I’d like to see it proliferate unchecked. If we don’t, we may allow something wonderful to be nipped in the bud.”

2001 – “A Walk Down Abbey Road: A Tribute To The Beatles” featuring John on bass plays at Taste Of Minnesota at the State Capitol Grounds in St. Paul, Minnesota
2005 – The Who perform at the Live 8 benefit in London which is broadcast around the world. Since bassist Pino Palladino and drummer Zak Starkey are both out on tour, their places are taken by Damon Minchella and Steve White who are given only one quick rehearsal with the band the day before. A planned four song set is cut down to only “Who Are You” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again” after overruns by previous performers.
2006 – The Who play the Hyde Park Calling Festival in London
2010 – Roger opens for Eric Clapton at the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Indianopolis
2015 – The Who play the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands
2018 – Roger performs at Fraze Pavilion in Kettering, Ohio with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra
