Keith becomes the first member of The Who to return to Australia after the disastrous 1968 tour. He is there to play Uncle Ernie in the Antipodean production of the orchestral version of Tommy at the Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. The show is delayed from the night before because of rain. Roger had been offered the lead role but refused to go.
The show will be broadcast on the radio on April 3rd, and on television on April 13th.
