Pete gives the first description of the project that will ultimately become Quadrophenia.

He also discusses the 1968 plans for The Who and The Rolling Stones to tour the U.K. on a train in the guise of a carnival that led to the then-unreleased television special The Rolling Stones' Rock 'n' Roll Circus.
