The Detours start regular Sunday bookings, afternoons at the Douglas House in Bayswater. These gigs require them to play country & western music and now with no lead vocalist, The Detours rope in 'Gabby' Connolly from the Bel-Airs to handle the C&W vocals while Roger handles the R&B.
