Record Mirror announces the formation of Track Records and says The Who will be the first act on that label. They also say that The Who's new album will be titled "Jigsaw Puzzle." The 1966 Popularity Poll results are also announced with The Who reaching #12 in "World Male Vocal Group" and #5 (up from #10 the previous year) in British Vocal Groups. Roger Daltry (sic) was #20 in "Male Vocalist" and "My Generation" scored #13 in "Most disliked Record"
