Who manager Kit Lambert phones Ronald Foulk who is putting on the upcoming 2nd Isle of Wight Festival. Having heard that Bob Dylan is getting £35,000 to perform, Lambert ups The Who's fee from £450 to £5000. A compromise is reached at £900 with £200 expenses.
