In Senior Scholastic magazine, Vic Rauseo argues that Tommy is not trying to replace opera but it simply a new musical form.

World Week, A Scholastic Magazine carries a story titled "A Night At The Opera", about The Who's recent performance at the New York Metropolitan Opera House.

Perhaps this is the same article in two "Scholastic" magazines??.  If anyone has either "Senior Scholastic" or "World Week" from September 28, 1970 - Please let me know!!  your local library might have back issues of these magazines in their archives! 🙂
