Keith Moon is arrested at the Ritz Hotel in Paris for rowdy behavior and spends the night in jail. He is in Paris to hang out with the Rolling Stones as they record their Some Girls LP.  The same day the Daily Record carries an article on Keith titled "Message from the Moon"
