The Who make #29 on Rolling Stone's list of "The Immortals", a list compiled by rockers including Pete. The Beatles head up the list. Eddie Vedder writes the tribute for The Who. He closes with "Presumptuously I speak for all Who fans when I say being a fan of the Who has incalculably enriched my life."
