Two rock 'n' roll groups have been added to the program for the Herman's Hermits concert at the Civic Center Thursday, Aug. 24. They are the Blues Magoos, who appeared there June 23 with the Mamas and the Papas, and The Who. Both groups will perform in the first half of the concert, at 7:30 P. M.

The only previous Philadelphia appearance of Herman's Hermits was in 1965.
