One of the things to look for when Herman's Hermits, the Who, Blues Magoos and the Choir perform in WHK's Public Hall concert Thursday, is a $5000 drum kit. The elaborate set of drums belongs to Keith Moon, who beats the expensive skins for the Who.

"It took six months to do the whole job and five people worked on the kit," said Moon.

The Who has caused such excitement in their first U.S. tour that Atco Records has reissued a single the guys cut three years ago. It's called "Substitute." The Who record for Decca now.
