The Who and Quicksilver Messenger Service, two blossoming “names” in the contemporary music field, will be featured in a concert tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. in Selland Arena.

Also on the program are the Thermal Vibration of Fresno and a light show, Keepers of the Lyte.
