'Who' Show Is Sold Out

The Atlanta concert by The Who, scheduled for Nov. 23, is sold out.

Tickets went on sale Wednesday and were gone by Thursday night, according to an exhausted spokesman for the local office of Howard Stein Enterprises, the company that is bringing the British quartet here.

The spokesman said a sellout a month in advance is unprecedented for rock shows in Atlanta.

The Who is possibly the most prestigious of all rock bands, drawing rave reviews while retaining their mass appeal.
