Thousands of young rock music fans wait in the chilly rain at the fairgrounds Sunday to buy tickets for the Nov. 30 appearance of the Who, a British rock group, at Cobo Arena. Some had waited since Saturday night for the tickets, and by 10 a.m. Sunday police estimated that 3,000 persons were in line.

All the tickets were sold by 2 p.m.
