Singer is set to be Dr. Who
CANNES: Rock star Roger Daltrey has admitted he is no longer interested in the music business — he wants to become a doctor of Chinese medicine.

The 44-year-old singer with The Who — who has also carved out a successful career as an actor — said performing on stage over the last 25 years "never really felt like a proper job".
Daltrey (pictured) now plans to pursue something more worthwhile, like studying acupuncture and herbal medicine — and he may even take up healing patients with his bare hands.
He said at the Cannes Film Festival: "I've been toying with the idea of doing a course in Chinese medicine for a long time.
