So Who needs new songs?

TAMPA — Is the “Kids Are Alright Tour” about the Who, or is it merely the work of three skillful opportunists busy cashing in on music that helped define the anger and aggression of a generation?

That, no doubt, was the burning question on the minds of some of the more than 55,303 packed into Tampa Stadium on Saturday night to see a concert purportedly celebrating a quarter-century of music from the influential ex-mods.
