The Who will perform March 5 at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates.

The Who have been on tour since last spring, performing classic rock radio staples including "Won't Get Fooled Again," "Who Are You" and "My Generation," as well as material from the band's latest CD. Released in October, "Endless Wire" is The Who's first studio album since 1982's "It's Hard."

Recent performances, including a Sept. 25 stop at the United Center in Chicago, contained a run-through of "Wire & Glass," Pete Townshend's mini-rock opera. The Who will also play selections from the band's most famous rock opera, "Tommy."

Guitarist/songwriter Townshend and singer Roger Daltrey are the only founding members remaining in the influential hard rock group. Drummer Keith Moon died in 1978 and bassist John Entwistle died in 2002. On their current tour, Townshend and Daltrey are joined on stage by John "Rabbit" Bundrick on keyboards, Pino Palladino on bass, Zak Starkey (Ringo Starr's son) on drums and Simon Townshend (Pete's younger brother) on guitar and vocals.

Townshend and Daltrey previously reunited for the Live 8 concert in London's Hyde Park and a 9/11 Benefit Concert at Madison Square Garden.
