The Who has announced North American tour dates including a Nov. 23 visit to Toronto’s Air Canada Centre and a Feb. 19 stop at Hamilton’s Copps Coliseum.

Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, The Who’s two surviving members, announced Wednesday they will be going back on the road to perform the rock opera Quadrophenia.
