1969 – The Who play in Minnesota at The Guthrie Theater. Two shows

1987 – The British press reports that The Who have turned down £16m for an eight-week tour of the U.S., Japan, Australia and three South American countries to start February 1988. Says John: “I’ve turned down the offers to concentrate on my new group, The Rock. It’s all over for The Who. We’ve all got solo careers now.”
2001 – John plays the first of two nights at B B King Blues Club in New York. There are two shows each night
2004 – String Cheese Incident release their CD March 13, 2004 Denver, CO: On The Road with a cover of “Won’t Get Fooled Again”. You can listen to it here
2006 – BBC Radio 2 premiers “Mirror Door”, from the new Wire and Glass EP
2007 – The Who play the Lotto Arena in Antwerp. The show was originally scheduled for the Sportpaleis.
2009 – Tony Klinger’s book Twilight of the Gods: My Adventures with The Who is published by Blake Publishing in the U.K. The co-producer of The Kids Are Alright tells how he fought throughout the production with director Jeff Stein and was encouraged by Who manager Bill Curbishley to take over the movie.

2018 – Roger begins his “Roger Daltrey Performs The Who’s Tommy” tour in at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, New York with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic Orchestra
