A promo film assembled by Who managers and budding filmmakers Kit Lambert and Chris Stamp appears on the TV programme That's For Me. Footage of The High Numbers performing (and Mods dancing) at the Railway Hotel the previous August are edited together with a recent studio shoot of "I Can't Explain." It is later released on the Who's Better Who's Best video.
