New Musical Express article from March 18. 1966

Publicist Keith Altman has an article in the NME called "Who are going 'round in Circles" that says that, after the now printed copies of "Substitute" have been sold, it will again be replaced, this time by a shorter version recorded for the American market. This does not happen in the U.K. and the shortened version, with "I try walking forward but my feet walk back" in place of "I look all white but my dad was black", is subsequently released only in the U.S., Canada, South Africa and Rhodesia.
