The Who begin a 36-hour, five-stop flight from London to Sydney, Australia. Joining The Who on board for the tour are The Small Faces (with drummer Kenney Jones) and Paul Jones, ex-member of Manfred Mann and star of the recent movie Privilege, a science-fiction story of a pop singer who becomes a messiah figure and is ultimately rejected by his followers.
