Pete tells Melody Maker he is suffering from writer's block that is keeping him from finishing the Quadrophenia project. He also says that to record it properly, The Who may have to build its own studio; In addition, Pete says he does not think highly of Who's Next and admits that the plots in his musical stories are often weak.
