thewhothismonth.com lists this as being on the 13th. gettyimages has it dated, apparently, both April 16, April 6, and August 1994.  Newsday showed a picture from the same photographer (same clothes), and published it on the 20th.  I normally believe anything thewhothismonth.com says, but this one i've labeled the 16th
